Gender Swapped Twilight Sparkle

This is my third submission for the Artist Training Grounds' week 51 theme: draw a gender swapped pony. Since I can't stop drawing Twi, I went ahead and did her. However, I wanted to try something different than just copying the Dusk Shine design.

Other than the stature, the adjustment was entirely in the hair. I gave him a comb over because I thought it worked as a rough male equivalent of Twilight's hime cut. For the mane and tail I ended up mostly making it more narrow, although there was a bit of shortening involved too. I wanted to stick with the very clean cut look, so I kept the even edges and just played with rest until I felt satisfied.
