Description
This is my second submission for the Artist Training Grounds' week 16 theme: draw a pony from another decade. I decided to try my hand at an older style. G1, if Google Images is to be believed.
Anyway, my victim for traveling back in time is Pinkie Pie, selected by the IRC's favourite randomizer owl (whom, for the record, is STILL trying to ship my OC with Dashie XD).
Anyway, surprisingly, this ended up being an easy 30 minute sketch. I actually found the style rather pleasant to work with and something about the way she turned out just feels really natural to me. When I think about it, I really don't get why people make fun of the older art styles (the writing on the other hand...).
