Description
This is my first submission for the Artist Training Grounds' week 16 theme: draw a pony from a different decade. So I drew Twilight Sparkle in 2021.
"But, Kuroi, she doesn't look any different from she does now!" one might say.
And to that I say yes, she doesn't look any different. Same smug Twi, season 12. In other words, still awesome, no shark jumped. This is what I believe our future to be. ^_^
Anyway, optimism aside, this is a 3.5 hour shading job, 2H-HB-2B trio. This was drawn almost entirely without reference, just had to double check her rear right leg, because I couldn't get it to look quite right. Basically still working on my shading and trying to make her look more 3D over. I'm attempting to be slightly less aggressive so that there's more white areas for better contrast.

Today I learned a valuble lession in friendship. If tons of people love your television show and it keeps developing new series then youll be able to stay the same age! This way you can be friends forever and never get old!
